Auora Hauora Self Care Product's are created with intention, aroha, and respect for the ancient practices that guide this kaupapa. To care for your product, keep it out of direct sunlight and use alongside other Auora Hauora Self Care Products for the most aligned experience.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If something doesn't feel right, you have 48 hours from receiving your courier delivery to email your concerns. Please include a photo of the product so I can understand what has happened and support you quickly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives broken, spilt, or otherwise not up to standard, you may choose:

To honour this process, your email and photo must be received within 48 hours of delivery.

Auora Hauora - Private Services & Classes
Every private session, class, and wānanga at Auora Hauora is prepared with deep care, presence, and energetic intention. To honour this sacred exchange, the following guidelines apply.
Cancellations
Please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session if you need to cancel or shift your booking. This allows the space to be offered to someone else who may need it.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for:

Transferring your Booking
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to gift your session or class to a friend or whānau member. Just let me know their name before the booking.
Compassion Clause
Life happens. If something unexpected arises, please reach out. I will always meet you with understanding and see what may be possible.
